These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription website services (“Service”) provided by Halycon Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the subscribing client (“you” or “client”).

By subscribing to our Website-as-a-Service plan, you agree to these Terms in full.

Halycon Studios provides end-to-end website creation and management services on a subscription basis.

Each subscription includes:

• Design and development of a custom coded website
• Hosting and performance management on our infrastructure
• SSL certificate setup
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, and content edits
• Domain connection and management (if requested)
• Priority client support
• Optional add-ons such as automations are available at additional cost.

• All plans are billed monthly in USD.
• A 12-month minimum commitment applies to all subscriptions, beginning on the date of your first payment.
• After the initial term, your plan renews monthly unless cancelled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Payment is due automatically each month via the payment method provided at sign-up.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable once services for the month have begun.

• The website design, structure, and hosting environment remain the property of Halycon Studios during the active subscription period.
• All content, text, images, and brand assets you provide remain your intellectual property.
• Upon cancellation after the 12-month term, you may request:
  • A static export of your website’s front-end files (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Domain transfer (if managed by us)
  Hosting, integrations, and CMS functionality are non-transferable.

• Provide accurate and timely content, branding materials, and feedback.
• Ensure all materials you supply (images, text, logos, etc.) are legally owned or licensed.
• Not upload or request content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws.
• Review drafts and revisions promptly to avoid project delays.
• Delays in feedback or content provision may extend timelines or affect delivery.

Monthly maintenance includes:

• Minor copy, image, and layout edits
• Performance checks and uptime monitoring
• Bug fixes and small improvements

Significant redesigns, new pages, or functionality upgrades may incur additional fees or require a higher-tier plan.

• You may cancel your subscription after 12 months by emailing our team at hello@halyconstudios.com with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Early cancellations (before 12 months) require payment of the remaining months in your term.
• Halycon Studios may terminate or suspend services if:
  • Payment fails repeatedly
  • The client engages in misuse, abuse, or illegal activity
  • There is a breach of these Terms

• Discovery & planning: 1 week
• Design & development: 2 - 4 weeks
• Launch: within 30 days (depending on client responsiveness)

Halycon Studios is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party dependencies.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
• Halycon Studios is not liable for:
  • Loss of data or revenue due to downtime or third-party outages (e.g., Cloudflare, domain registrars, Microsoft 365 etc.)
  • Errors arising from client-provided materials
• Our total liability is limited to one month of subscription fees paid.
• The Service is provided “as-is” without additional warranties or guarantees.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect improvements or changes in our service.

The latest version will always be available at halyconstudios.com/terms.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

All business, creative, or operational information shared by either party shall remain confidential.

We do not disclose client information or data to third parties except as necessary to deliver the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with UAE legal standards and under the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai courts, as appropriate.
