Do I pay anything upfront?Open
No setup fees. You pay the first month's fee, 70% refundable if you decide not to move forward after consultation. There's a 12-month minimum commitment so we feel secure in building it right from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?Open
After 12 months, yes — just email us 30 days before your next billing date. Before the first 12 months, you will pay the balance of months up to month 12
Who owns the website?Open
Your content and brand assets are yours. The hosted build stays on our stack. After 12 months you can request a static export and domain transfer if we manage it.
What edits are included monthly?Open
Minor copy, image, and layout updates; bug fixes; performance checks; basic improvements. Larger features or new pages may require a quote or a higher-tier plan.
How long does it take to launch?Open
Typically within 30 days depending on how quickly we get content and approvals.
Do you handle domain and email?Open
Yes. We can purchase/point your domain and set up email (Google Workspace/Zoho) as an add-on.
