The problem

Skyewalker Law operates in high value M&A work. Their clientele includes HNW individuals, where perception matters as much as capability. The existing site was underperforming: poor optimisation, domain lapses, pixelated brand assets, minimal SEO structure, weak control over IP/hosting. The real issue was positioning: the site did not reflect the calibre of the firm. For high-value transactions, the browsing experience must feel considered, private and deliberate; instead, it felt dated and loosely managed, creating friction at first touchpoint.

The outcome

Full rebuild. Immediate improvements: noticeably faster loads, clean navigation, sharper brand presentation, improved SEO foundations, stable domain control. Even without pre/post conversion tracking, the practical shift was confidence: the firm can share the site without hesitation; it matches their standard. Speed improved materially via modern architecture and cleaner assets. Digital presence now aligns with their clientele.

The build

Stack • Next.js • Modern front end architecture • CDN distribution Rebuild removed legacy issues and set a controlled, future-ready foundation. Key technical decisions: performance via efficient asset handling; clean routing; better metadata/SEO scaffolding; stable domain/hosting. No auth/portal needed. Focus was clarity, polish, performance.

The experience

UX centred on structure. Changes: simplified page navigation, cleaner content hierarchy, improved readability, mobile-first optimisation. Visual direction: modern and restrained. Strong type, controlled spacing, sharper brand assets to remove the dated feel. For HNW clients, subtle cues matter; aim was quiet authority over noise. Browsing now feels intentional and composed.

The process

Fast iteration rebuild over ~4 to 6 weeks. Content existed, so we worked from a defined base. Communication focused on efficiency over prolonged discovery; decisions were pragmatic. Brand tweaks sharpened perception without altering identity. Priority was execution, not exploration.

Integrations & automation

No payments/CRM/booking required. Focus was structural integrity, optimisation, and brand control, not automation layers.

Measurement and support

Analytics foundations implemented. Ongoing support available to keep domain stability and performance in check.
