Oil & Gas
Sakhr
Rebuilt the industrial services hub with tidy, safety-first workflows, live project visibility, and reporting the ops team can actually trust.
View buildThe problem
Sakhr operates in Oil and Gas. Solid expertise, zero digital presence. They had no website, no defined brand, no structured way to present themselves. Every stakeholder conversation started from scratch. That meant risk. Key details could be missed. Credibility depended fully on verbal explanation rather than a clear, controlled narrative. The core issue was visibility. In a sector where trust and perceived stability matter, they had nothing tangible online to reinforce that.
The outcome
This is a fresh launch, so performance data is still building. Immediate wins were strategic rather than numerical: • They now have a defined logo and brand colour system. • A structured site that communicates capability without long explanations. • A credible digital footprint that supports sales conversations. • Search indexing submitted and analytics tracking active from day one. Internally, the biggest shift is control. They no longer have to explain everything from scratch. They can point stakeholders to a clear, professional presentation of who they are and what they do.
The build
Stack • Next.js • Headless CMS • Global CDN • Formspree for form handling • Google Analytics The site was built custom, not template based. SSR and caching considerations were implemented for future proofing. The structure allows expansion without rebuilding the foundation. Performance and distribution were supported through CDN delivery to ensure fast global access, especially relevant in a sector that operates across regions. No auth layer or dashboard was needed. The objective was clarity, speed and credibility.
The experience
There was no previous UX to improve, so this was built from zero. Key moves: • Mobile first structure. • Simplified navigation. • Clear content hierarchy. • Direct contact pathways. Visually, the direction focused on modern, clean and confident. Strong typography, defined brand colour alignment and structured spacing to create a sense of establishment rather than a start up feel. The site reacts cleanly across devices and avoids clutter. The tone is direct and corporate without feeling dated.
The process
This was a lean build. No formal workshops or wireframes. We moved quickly into design and development, working through continuous feedback until handover. Communication was handled via WhatsApp and email. The main tension was content turnaround. As with many technical industries, extracting written material took longer than development itself. The pace was controlled on our side. Once content landed, implementation was immediate.
Integrations & automation
Formspree integrated for lead capture. Automated email notifications on enquiry submission. Basic lead handling automation to avoid missed enquiries. No CRM or payment integration was required at this stage.
Maintenance & measurement
Google Analytics configured. Search indexing submitted. Performance tracking enabled from launch. No SLA or dashboard layer was required. This was a brand and visibility foundation project.
What makes this one different
In Oil and Gas, perception carries weight. The absence of a website can quietly undermine authority. This was less about fancy features and more about positioning. The technical build is intentionally clean and expandable. The strategic shift was giving them a permanent, structured representation of their business that works for them even when they are not in the room.
