Consulting
The Strategic
Rebuilt the site to give the firm credible online presence with clear structure, professional presentation, and better discoverability.
View buildThe problem
The Strategic Consulting operates in consulting and accounting, serving B2B clients. They already had a site, but it lacked clarity, structure and professional direction. The issue was not broken tech. It was uncertainty. • No clear standard for what the site should communicate • Weak visual credibility for a consulting firm • Inconsistent presentation • Limited SEO presence This creates quiet risk. In consulting, trust is judged fast. If the site feels unclear or dated, it raises doubt before a conversation even starts.
The objective
The goal was simple. Make the firm look as credible online as they are in practice. That meant: • Clear structure • Professional presentation • Better discoverability through SEO • Keeping their existing hosting setup intact No unnecessary rebuild of their ecosystem. Just a sharper, controlled presence.
The build
Stack • PHP based implementation • Existing hosting environment retained • VPS flexibility introduced within their setup This was a pragmatic rebuild. Instead of forcing a migration to a new stack, the approach worked within their current infrastructure. That kept things stable while still improving flexibility and performance. Key technical focus: • Cleaned structure • Improved SEO configuration • Search indexing submission • Stable hosting alignment No database, auth or dashboard layer was needed. This was about precision, not complexity.
The experience
The UX improvements were focused and deliberate. • Simplified navigation • Reduced unnecessary clicks • Cleaner page structure • More direct access to key information The friction removed was hesitation. Users no longer have to work to understand what the firm does or where to go next. Visually, the site now aligns with expectations of a consulting and accounting firm. Clear, structured and professional without excess.
Results
This project was not driven by heavy metrics, but there were clear directional gains: • Errors and inconsistencies reduced by roughly 50 percent • Cleaner user flow • Improved clarity in communication • Stronger first impression The biggest impact is perception. The site now supports the firm rather than holding it back.
The process
This was a fast, focused rebuild. No heavy discovery phase. Decisions were made directly with the founder stakeholder. The approach was practical: • Identify what feels off • Fix structure • Improve clarity • Align presentation No wasted cycles.
Why this one matters
Not every project needs heavy systems or complex architecture. This one shows judgement. • Knowing when not to overbuild • Working within an existing environment instead of replacing it • Improving perception without introducing unnecessary complexity For a founder, that matters. It shows you can step in, assess quickly and make something feel right without turning it into a six month rebuild.
